Night diving

in Cabo

The waters of the Sea of Cortez provide an ideal environment for exploring the underwater world at night.

Some of the highlights of night diving in Cabo include seeing animals such as moray eels, octopus, lobsters, and different kinds of crabs and sea slugs.

Darkness brings out different behaviors in some species. Coral polyps open up to feed at night, and you may see different species than during the day.

Turn your lights off, let your eyes adjust, and enjoy the bioluminescence show.

Night diving can be a highlight of any diving trip!

What to expect from my Cabo Night Dive?

Meet the Dive Baja crew around sunset. We will set up the dive gear and head into the bay. After a short 5-minute boat ride into the Cabo San Lucas Marine Park, your dive master will brief the group, make sure everyone is familiar with dive lights, dive light signals and what to look for during the dive. Jump into your equipment and let us take you in an adventure you’ll never forget!
